Double-layer Sorter


Equipment Description:

The mode of Double-layer package can be divided into joint package and independent package.

Joint package: the upper destination chute passes through the cloth tube, so that the express parcels can fall into the collection bag of the corresponding sorting chutes at the lower level. This mode is suitable for the stations with the majority of small parcels. The operation capacity can be nearly doubled by adding a small number of personnel on the basis of the single-layer sorter;

Independent package: using the existing three-dimensional space of the site, building a small amount of upper platform with 2m width of the upper chutes, increasing the sorting detination chutes, the sorting capacity can be nearly doubled, which is suitable for the site with small area and large volume of parcels. Compared with the common bag collection, this mode makes up for the shortcomings of the insufficient chutes, and the bag collecting speed is faster, so as to avoid the situation that the bag collecting is not timely and affects the sorting capacity.
